Refund policy

RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS:

Items that are personalised to your specific requirements are non-refundable (unless faulty) once your order has been accepted or the 48 hour period on proofed items has elapsed. If your order is damaged during transit or appears faulty, you must inform us immediately and we will send a replacement as soon as possible. 

Refunds and replacements are only available once confirmed by email correspondence with Coral & Moss. Request for a refund or replacement and return of an item must be made no later than 14 working days after the item is dispatched in order for a refund or replacement to be issued. If you need to return an item, you must obtain a ‘proof of postage’ in order for a replacement/refund to be issued if the item is subsequently lost in the post.
