T'S & C'S:
- These Terms and Conditions will apply to the purchase of the goods (goods or artwork) by you (the Customer or you) from the supplier (Coral & Moss or us or we).
- These are the Terms by which we sell all Goods to you. By ordering any of the Goods, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
PROOFED PERSONALISED ARTWORK: A proofing option is offered on some personalised products to ensure that you are happy with your design before we send it out.
Once requested, we aim to send proofs within 48 hours of the order being placed. However, this cannot be guaranteed during busy periods. If your order is urgent, please email us and we will do our best to prioritise the making of your proof.
All proofs sent must be reviewed by you, and any changes requested, within 48 hours. The deadline for changes will be stated in the message when your proof is uploaded.
Once you have reviewed and agreed to the proof, or the 48 hours have elapsed, your personalised artwork will go into production. Any changes you request after this timeframe will likely incur additional costs to yourself.
NON-PROOFED PERSONALISED ARTWORK: Changes to non-proofed personalised artwork can only be requested up until we start making the item, at this point any change requested will incur an additional cost.
PERSONALISATION: It is the responsibility of the Customer to make sure that the content they supply, at the time of order or proofing, has been reviewed by them and contains the spelling and grammar they require. We will not edit any content supplied.
FRAMING: Orders requiring framing will automatically increase the estimated delivery time, given when placing an order, by up to 2 working days. You will be informed of the new estimated delivery time required for framing once your order is received and accepted. If your order is required before this time, please email us and we will do our best to prioritise the making of your artwork.
Any mistakes made by us will be exchanged or replaced as quickly as possible. Any mistakes which are the responsibility of the customer, including but not limited to, incorrect spellings, grammar or specifications, will incur a discretionary charge if alterations or a replacement is later required.
RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS: Items that are personalised to your specific requirements are non-refundable (unless faulty) once your order has been accepted or the 48 hour period on proofed items has elapsed. If your order is damaged during transit or appears faulty, you must inform us immediately and we will send a replacement as soon as possible.
Refunds and replacements are only available once confirmed by email correspondence with Coral & Moss. Request for a refund or replacement and return of an item must be made no later than 14 working days after the item is dispatched in order for a refund or replacement to be issued. If you need to return an item, you must obtain a ‘proof of postage’ in order for a replacement/refund to be issued if the item is subsequently lost in the post.

CORRESPONDENCE: The customer is responsible for making sure they log into their account to review messages from us. It is the customers responsibility to make sure their account has the correct email address and any emails are not going to their Junk Mailbox.
COPYRIGHT: All designs featured within the shop front are the property of Coral & Moss and cannot be duplicated without permission. This includes all emails and proofs which a customer of Coral & Moss may receive.
